Terms of Service
Last updated August 28, 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use Expiroo ("the service"). By using Expiroo, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Expiroo's monitoring tools, including the free tools, to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to systems you don't own or have permission to test.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or resell access to the service without our agreement.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to monitor domains or URLs for harassment or abuse of a third party.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Plans and billing
Expiroo is offered on Free, Pulse, and Business plans, each with its own domain limit and alert allowance, shown on ourpricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in USD, via Stripe or PayPal. If a payment fails, we'll retry it and email you; if it continues to fail, your account moves to the Free plan and any domains over the Free limit pause monitoring (they aren't deleted).
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling keeps your current plan active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then moves you to Free. See our Refund Policy for our refund windows: 7 days on monthly plans and 30 days on annual plans, counted from the paid charge.
Service availability and monitoring accuracy
Expiroo monitors domains and websites and alerts you to changes we detect. This is an advisory service: we do our best to check on schedule and alert you promptly, but we don't guarantee a check will catch every issue the instant it happens, and we are not liable if a domain expires, a website goes down, or a certificate lapses, whether or not Expiroo's monitoring caught it in time. Renewing your domains and maintaining your infrastructure remains your responsibility; Expiroo does not renew domains on your behalf.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be available without interruption, and may need to perform maintenance from time to time.
Intellectual property
Expiroo's software, design, and branding are our property. You retain ownership of the domain and monitoring data you submit; you grant us the license needed to process it in order to provide the service to you.
Termination
You can close your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for how). We can suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, with notice where practical, and will process any refund you're entitled to per our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Expiroo is provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of a domain, downtime, or data loss, beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Expiroo's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
